Purchasing Instructions
Please read all the above information regarding the purchasing and choosing of your niche. The following forms must accompany your payment in full.

Send to the church office (9650 Gladiolus Drive, Fort Myers, Florida, 33908). You can either mail the forms and payment or drop them in the incoming mail slot in the mailbox in front of the church office. If you have the ability to scan and email, you can email the completed forms to office@ionahope.org
Also, you can email the church office at office@ionahope.org or call (239) 454 4778 and leave a message with your name and phone number . We will contact you to set up a time where you can either pick up the forms or drop them off.
